Customers must be issued an authorization code to return any items.

All items that are being returned must be post marked within seven days from the date of delivery. All returns must be authorized by Essentials (Bath And Body). Please contact us within three days of receiving your package. We WILL NOT honor the return of any products without an authorization code from Essentials (Bath And Body).

To return an item that you are not satisfied with or just simply cannot use, place the item in a secured shipping package with a copy of the original receipt. You can return the item(s) to us for an exchange or full refund. Customers are responsible for all return fees of shipping and handling. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all items returned.

If item(s) were damaged during shipping, please contact the carrier and explain the damage to them, they are responsible for damaged packages. Contact Essentials (Bath And Body) with any information that the carrier have provided to you.
