All orders can be placed through our website, by via-email, or by postal mail. You may also call in or fax your order and payment information to us.
We accept Pay-Pal, Debit, Visa and Mastercard. We also accept personal, company, certified, cashier checks and money orders by mail only.

May I return merchandise that I'm not satisfied with?
Yes, absolutely. However, you must contact us before any returns can be made. You may return merchandise for any reason as long as you return it within seven days of the delivery date.
If I have a product that was damaged during shipping, what are the procedures for returning that product?
Please notify us at once by email or phone letting us know that the package was damaged during shipping. Place a little reminder in the package as well. Then place the product in the same package that it arrived. Contact the carrier and they will come pick the package back up at no charge to you. You will then be shipped out another.
If I have a back order when or how will it be shipped?
All backed orders can be shipped as soon as they become available or we can ship them with your next order how ever you prefer.

We ship Monday-Friday excluding all hoildays.
All merchandise is shipped within 24 to 48 hours after order has been placed. You should receive your package with seven to ten business days.

Our products can be shelved 18-24 months.
